    Our 7-day free trial gives you full access to all ZoneHuddle features. We do require a credit card to start your trial, but you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. We'll send you a reminder email 2 days before your trial expires.

    ZoneHuddle integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft 365). We're also working on adding support for Apple Calendar and other popular calendar services in the future.

    Absolutely! While our Slack integration offers convenient command-based access, you can use all ZoneHuddle features through our web dashboard. Simply log in to view your team's timezones, quickly schedule meetings with suggested meeting times, and access all functionality without Slack.

    Our Team Plan supports up to 10 users for $39/month, while our Growth Plan includes up to 100 users for $99/month. If you need to add more users, please contact our sales team for custom enterprise pricing.

    Yes, security is our top priority. ZoneHuddle uses enterprise-grade encryption for all data, and we only access the minimum calendar information needed to suggest meeting times (we never see meeting content or details). We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.

    At the end of your 7-day trial, you'll automatically be enrolled in the plan you selected. Your card will be charged, and you'll have uninterrupted access to ZoneHuddle. If you decide ZoneHuddle isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends.
